All-Star Travel Team

Competitive Dance Training for Dedicated P.O.M. Dancers

What is the All-Star Program?

P.O.M.’s All-Star Program is our competitive travel team program for dancers who are ready for a higher level of training, commitment, and performance.

All-Star dancers train weekly in technique, choreography, performance quality, teamwork, and competition preparation. Dancers represent P.O.M. at regional competitions, virtual competitions, and national-level opportunities.

The All-Star Program is designed for dancers who:

  • Love to perform

  • Are ready for consistent weekly training

  • Can commit to competition attendance

  • Are willing to work hard and grow as dancers

  • Enjoy being part of a team

  • Are ready to represent P.O.M. with excellence, discipline, and positive sportsmanship

Placement on an All-Star team is based on age, skill level, teacher recommendation, evaluation, attendance, work ethic, and team needs.

Program Expectations

All-Star dancers are expected to attend required weekly classes, team rehearsals, competitions, and team events.

Because competitive routines require consistent attendance and teamwork, All-Star dancers must be committed to the full season.

Families considering the All-Star Program should carefully review the training schedule and tentative competition dates before committing to a team.
